team.dot.grammar is a new institution with the goal of producing and harnessing Australia's next generation of female gaming talent. We are looking for young female players aged between 14 and 17 with skill, dedication and a good attitude to train and become team.dot's first grammar members.

The successful candidates will be outfitted with the latest in esports gear and will have access to all facilities within team.dot. These include access to the team self-defence instructor and fashion specialist. The ability to plan appropriately comfortable gaming attire while stylishly accessorising will be a key component of team.dot.grammar training.

The selection process will be by online application, followed by a series of exams. The exams will test the gaming prowess of the candidates, with only the sharpest and most talented girls progressing through to the next round. Those successful will have a chance to shine in the National Entrance Exam taking place at the closest capital city to the candidate's residence. From here the top players from around Australia will be hand picked by team.dot's current members.
